  17. I had a similar problem installing from ETO#2.  Here’s the solution I came up
  18. with:
  19.  
  20. Install MPW and MacApp from the ETO Installer.  The installer _does_ integrate
  21. the MPW and MacApp files as you indicated, but that’s OK.  The problem is that
  22. MacApp “Startup” file overwrites the MPW “Startup” file.  So, what I did is to
  23. rename the MacApp Startup file MAStartup and hand re-copy the MPW Startup file
  24. to the MPW folder.  Then, I modified UserStartup•MacApp to execute the
  25. MAStartup file in the {MacApp} folder.  When the script asks for the MacApp
  26. folder, point it to your MPW folder.  Everything works fine now.
